This is actually just an annoyance, but would be nice to squash. On my freshly
installed Win2K box, I've no printers set up, and ThunderBird jumps with this
funny "unknown error" message box. Too familiar from some other group's
products, isn't it? ;-)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove all printers from your system's Printers folder
2. Click on print (or print preview, it makes no difference)

Actual Results:
A message box saying an "unknown error" has occured.

Expected Results:
a) Opened the standard OS's printer setup dialogue
b) Staded clearly that you can't print if you don't have a printer installed.
