Steps to Reproduce:
1. installed recent seamonkey build
2. populated book marks
3. installed firebird


Actual Results:  
don't see the bookmarks that I've been using in seamonkey

Expected Results:  
need migrate book marks.

also check to see if IE migration is working...  

also need to file bugs for migration of other interesting pieces of user data
