IE lets the user press the ESC key to stop animation on the current page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a web page with animated images, such as the Hamster Dance:
http://www.webhamster.com/
2. watch the animated images
3. press the ESC key to try to stop animation for the current page (like IE)

Actual Results:  
nothing happened. The animations continue.

Expected Results:  
animations should stop for the current page (like IE)
assuming you only have this issue with FB, not Mozilla (bug 70030), please
reopen if you also experience this issue with Mozilla.
