tough to type get to end of line when the url bar only gets half width of screen.

squeezing the button size down, and combining the stop and reload buttons should give is more space. that is the key driver here, is to get more space to view and edit existing url's

Summary: shift url bar to its own full line → increase size of url bar in minimo ui
fixed in tree. Works fine on most XServers+gtk impls. I may have specific bugs against GPE filed in the next few days.
