it partially loads the page, then the browser window goes grey and only shows the bottom banner. I tried going there multiple times, on the Linux and Windows version of mozilla (precompiled binaries), and it consistently went grey. Also, the tab key doesn't work in forms :(.

The "only shows bottom banner" problem (see testcase) is a duplicate of bug 20799. The are several open bug reports on tabbing in forms, you are probably seeing one of those.
