Whenever I build pages that are centered, they jump left and right according to
how deep the page is.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. If I build deep pages that are centered
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The table that is centered jumps over to the left

Expected Results:
I know it is compensating for less room because of the scrollbar being there,
but I think it should always reserve space for the scrollbar so there isn't this
inconsistancy on how the pages look. The available screen should be the same
regardless of scrollbars.
I'm not sure that I agree that this should be implemented at all. I don't really
like the idea of it. In any case, this is not a bug, but rather an enhancement
request.
