I am constantly recieving spam in (what I assume is) Japaneese these days. It
would be nice to have a mail filter that let me automatically delete mail where
a given threshold proportion of the body text is not in a language acceptable to
me. For example if less that 20% of an e-mail is in an english language I could
have Messenger automatically delete it.

This or some other character set/language filter scheme would be very useful I
think (and one up on Outlook Express ;)).
