Expected Results: sent email Attempted to send mail each of the last 3 days and received the same error. Outlook Express has been able to send mail.
"SMTP Response: 421 child crashed (#4.3.0)" is a clear server error. (a part of the server crashed) "Outlook Express has been able to send mail." That doesn't matter, please try it again with a client that supports the secure cram-md5 login (Outlook supports only "login","plain",...) -> invalid
