226062 - IE Bookmarks synced in Mozilla

I use both Mozilla and IE together on the same system. But only on fresh 
installation of Mozilla your bookmarks are imported. However, I added some 
more bookmarks later in IE, and these are not updated/imported in Mozilla.

So... (big) feature request: an 'auto-update' IE Favorites bookmark option. 
For me this will be another reason to less use IE and use Mozilla more often, 
and another step towards making the move from IE to Mozilla...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla [fresh install]
2. Restore all your bookmarks to IE
3. Bookmarks in IE are not imported in Mozilla
Actual Results:  
Bookmarks aren't imported. Only on first install, but not 'on the fly'.

Expected Results:  
Read out the C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Favorites dir and put it in 
the 'Imported IE favorites' bookmark dir.
