Summary pretty much says it all. If you change View, Sidebar to off, shut down Mozilla, then start it back up and toggle it back on the sidebar only pops out enough to show the right most edge. Not sure what's going on here. Text falls underneath this edge as well-- it isn't pushed to the right. I'm using build 1999122308 of Seamonkey.

Confirmed on NT and Linux. Unchecking View>Sidebar takes the sidebar away entirely both then and on restart; Checking View>Sidebar again makes the right edge appear, but it cannot be clicked or dragged to make the sidebar re-appear. Restarting again gets the sidebar back to normal. This is likely a temporary problem during work to fix the earlier problem that the View>Sidebar state was not being remembered or used on restart. Tested with: 1999-12-25-08-M13 nightly binary on Windows NT 4.0sp3 1999-12-25-08-M13 nightly binary on Redhat Linux 6.1 (gnome+enlight)

Good bug, but this is actually a duplicate of bug 14685, one of the many view sidebar bugs :-) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 14685 ***
