When I specify a title attribute for a table cell (TD), the browser don't
display the tooltip when the mouse pointer is over the table cell.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:  
Should display the tooltip when the mouse pointer is over the table cell
WFM Gecko/20031116 Firebird/0.7+, Windows XP.
Can  you provide with a testcase or url?

I just saw that my Edit/Preferences/Apparence/Show Tooltips was OFF !!
I turned it on, and, now the tips works !!
Is this a correct behavior ?

In the help, I find this ...

Show Tooltips: Select this if you want to have tips appear when the cursor is
placed over parts of the Mozilla user interface.
