Works for older moz builds and IE. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on link 2. Get error 3. Actual Results: Error dialog "Error trying to validate certificate from jsecom15a.sun.com using OSCP - directory lookup error" Expected Results: Continued on to d/l screen
I only get this error with OCSP revocation checking on.
An engineer who works on the Sun site is interested in sorting this problem out. He says that Sun's site uses the GTE Cybertrust (GTE Corporation) as their certification authority. This CA is listed in Mozilla's list of authorities, so I'm not sure why OCSP is causing a problem. He is checking to see if it might be a problem with their OCSP setup, but if anyone knows if it might be Mozilla at fault, it would be important to know.
WFM Moz 1.8a4 WinXP. Whatever OCSP problem they were having seems to be resolved with the site's latest certs.
