The Chatzilla preference panel is already crowded and gets cut at the end (the
box around the Character coding dropmenu list is not entirely shown). I guess
that moving such preference to the Appearence subcategory will fix the problem
and is more logical, as the same preference is in the Appearence category for
the Suite.

I can confirm that I also experience the character coding box being cut-off at
the bottom of Chatzilla preferences.

Will be fixed as part of the new pref window coding (for bug 218070).

Bug 212747 is about the Character coding dropdown groupbox being cut.

Bug 218070 is marked fixed, so I think this is fixed now.
