I have a link that when you mouse-over it, a .gif animation plays through, but
in this browser, it doesn't. It goes directly to the last frame of the
animation. But the animation does not play the frames in between.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Refresh page
2.hold mouse over link
3.watch the .gif animation not play all of its frames

Actual Results:
The .gif animation that was supposed to play all frames on mouseover, it did not.

Expected Results:
When you hold your mouse over the link the gif animation should play all frames.
http://www.point-inc.com/images/solutions_home_on.gif shows the animation only
when Shift-reloading, I guess the preload make Mozilla behave as if it was in
cache, I'm sure we have a bug report for this already.
Over to ImageLib.
