User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031028 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031028 by accident I opened the mozilla users guide and immediatelly saw, that there are really bad fonts implementations. So, my suggestion has two goals: - Please use better font implementations - if not possible, use other fonts for the docu ;-) What tags are affected? Its the headers:
Getting Started with Mozilla

Getting Mozilla

System recommendation
and the ancors: Before you install if useful/necessary, ask me for a screenshot Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Over to Layout: Fonts and Text. Seeing this with Firebird 0.7 on WinXP, too.
The fonts just come from the OS. If this is a bug for the document to use different fonts, why is it filed on the Mozilla browser?
what is this bug about? can we have some screenshot showing the problem.
Created attachment 136174 [details] Picture of page, with embedded zoom Added the first paragraphs, embedded a zoom (green box) for better understanding. You will see the big difference of quality Header text/ normal text
I added a picture, showing normal text and some header text. In addition a zoomed box was embedded. Boris: I think You're right. Tried the page with IE. Result is the same. -> No Browser has to be adjusted, we should fix it in the docu.
style changed. Peter, still seeing the artifact?
its perfect now, Daniel! Thx for fast reaction. bug can be closed
