After adding news monster to mozilla firebird I cannot get my browser to open at all. I cannot use it now.

I installed news monster to mozilla firebird 0.7 and since then I cannot open
my browser. It doesn't open so I cannot go and try the nightly builds or any
suggestions that are on your web-site.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install news monster
2.click on mozilla firebird icon on desktop
3. Nothing happens!!
Actual Results:
NOTHING!!
Expected Results:
Opened!!
I am not a dummy but I am also not literate in all of this process. You are
making it way to hard for the average person to report a problem. It makes using
this browser not worth the trouble. Again my apologies but I am not sure about
which component to mark as I cannot understand your "description" of any of

Hi Rita,
sorry that you find it so hard to use the bug reporting process. Things are
being rearranged to try to make the components make more sense. Please do
remember that mozilla products are a co-operative effort. Specific positive
suggestions are much more useful than general criticisms.
I'm not sure what news monster is, so I can't help too much in figuring out your
problem.
My suggestion is to delete your firebird folder (but back up bookmarks or
whatever you need to keep) and then reinstall the browser (and avoid news
monster for now). If that works, then you can download a more recent nightly
build if you want, and if you are feeling game, try the monster again. :0)

The news monster you refer to is http://www.newsmonster.org/ ?
It did work fine with the lastet mozilla version , did not try it with firebird
as this is not suposed to work with firebird ( NewsMonster runs on all machines
running Mozilla 1.0, Netscape 7.0 or greater. (JavaScript must be enabled) Java
1.4 or greater. OSX, Linux, or Windows ) and the product have not been update
since month 07 , as the fast development of firebird , things like these will
probably broke easy. You can try to contact News Monster dev's at
http://www.newsmonster.org/feedback.html for support.
