I want to get a list of local hosts which should be possible via the filepicker
support. I dont want to use windows native dialog box but create a new one via
XUL similar in function to the rdf:files datasource.

I have been advised that filepicker support is not available for the windows
environment (windows 98) as the following javascript declaration generates an errot
