Details

1. the standard link javascript- : history- . back- ( ) [less "- "s] doesn't
function.

2. I cannot query the database to see if previously reported as (on first
attempt) the query page crashed M12

3. The Netscape Quality Feedback Agent doesn't send. proxies have no effect. It
doesn't get an answer from Netscape. (I have never been able to get Netscape to
answer, including similar results for N4+, on any PC or platform (W98, NT4) or
Net connection (ISPs, LAN). Are they awake?)

nicholls@world.net, could you please review the Bug Writing Guidelines
( http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html ) and
provide the information listed there, in particular a specific set of steps,
preferably in a small html/js testcase, to let the software engineers
see the problem for themselves.

Please enter that information directly into the bug report - use the
URL at the top of this bug report update e-mail to get there.

FYI, the session history is still not finished being implemented.

For point 2, Mozilla is still pre-beta software; if it doesn't work for some
task, just use Communicator for that task.

Also, point 3 should be a seperate bug report, if you can give specific
details about your proxy setup with M12 and you are using the FullCircle
version of M12.
Using a hyperlink with the target 'javascript : history . back ( )' [less the
spaces, inserted in case this form tries to parse]:
Instead of going to the previous page, m12 just redelivers the current page.
"Back" arrow works OK.

Example: http://www.dcnicholls.com/, click on 'About' link, see "...back" at
bottom of page, click on it and you'll see the problem.

Reproducible: yes, always.

I understand this bit isn't done yet. I also tried the equivalent script:
'javascipt : history . go (-1)' with the same result.
