A Funding field would be nice to identify which project/department/etc is
funding the bug fix/enchancement.  This would fit in nicely with another bug
report I perused (162998), where it was discussed how Bugzilla could also be
used as a project planning tool.  A Funding field would additionally help in
project budget management, especially in conjuntion with some ideas discussed in
bug 162998 regarding due dates and estimated work hours.  All these fields
combined would allow a project manager to better plan scheduling and budget
requirements.
