access http://www.chartistpro.com/?p=1 with mozilla 20031127 build on linux, 
the top flash image shows with its width as 600px, (as set by its css)
but when access it with mozilla 20031126 build on windows, 
the top flash image's width is the same as mozilla's viewpoint.

Steps to Reproduce:





and the flash image on linux has border on it, 
but no border on windows.

I dont find any checkin for nsObjectFrame, 
Is this an issue of flash plugin itself?
