URL location (URL location is relative to page location) isn't retained after
moving. It's valid both for images and links

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert an image and set the location to "relative"
2.move the image per mouse or per clipboard (copy/paste)


Actual Results:  
URL location is changed to absolute

Expected Results:  
URL location schould be retained
