When I print (or print preview) a web page, the URL does't print in the header / footer even if it's set to do so in the "page setup..." windows.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007

When you look at the print preview, URL is not showing anywhere even if it's set
in the "page setup...". Worst, it does not print either when you print the page.

I tried to put it in the header, footer, left, center and right ant it does not
work. It worked before!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a web page (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/);
2. Do a "Print preview" (File menu, then Print preview);
3. The URL is show nowhere;
4. Have a look in the "Page setup..." window;
5. The URL is there somewhere!
6. Print the page;
7. The URL is still not there.

Actual Results:
The URL is not showing or printing.

Expected Results:
The URL should show and print.

I'll add a screen shoot in a minute.
All other choices (title, date, page, etc) are show without problem!

settings from the defaults.
Ooh! Sorry, now everything is in place... I don't understand why but it's
working now.

Sorry for the derangement.
