Details

Currently you can delete a collection with the Delete key and it will not ask
for confirmation if you really want to delete. It should! (there could be a lot
of bookmarks in the collection)
I agree that when deleting a folder or group bookmark Camino should ask the user
he is sure. But when deleting a single bookmark nothing is asked. 

Let's also remind people in the "are you sure" dialog that we have multiple undo
support (thank you david) so if the user wishes to undo the action he or she can
do so.
you can undo it, there's no need to do that.
