227045 - If Windows Start menu is set to have Firebird as an Internet browser, Start menu's Preferences context menu shows Seamonkey preferences

If you have the Start menu to show Firebird as an Internet browser, Windows
automatically gives it the context menu Browse the Internet, Preferences, Remove
from This List. (This is different than having Firebird the default Internet
browser, and is different than just dragging a Firebird icon onto it. See below
for instructions.) If I select Preferences, it shows a non-functional Seamonkey
preferences window. I do have Seamonkey installed, I don't know what this would
do if I didn't.

Steps to reproduce:

* Make Firebird show up as an Internet browser on the Start menu
1. Right click the start menu and select Properties
2. Select the Start Menu tab
3. Select Start menu radio button
4. Click Customize...
5. Select the General tab
6. Turn on the Internet check box
7. Select Mozilla Firebird from the Internet drop-down box
8. Press OK
9. Press OK

Firebird now shows up on the first screen of the Start menu.

*The actual problem
1. Right click on the Firebird item in the first screen of the Start menu.
2. Select Preferences

Expected results:
Firebird Preferences window

Actual results
Seamonkey Preferences window, non-functional.

This was just fixed in bug 199386, and it is working for me in the 20031128 build.

Is your build an installer build, or a zipped build?

It's a zipped build.

It works after I set Firebird to the default browser again, as mentionned in bug
199386 comment 28.
