In a system where Mozilla Mail is the standard mail programm and internet
explorer the stadard browser, all links in mails are opened in mozilla. The
standard browser setting is ignored.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make internet explorer the standard browser
2. open a mail with mozilla mail
3. click a link in that mail
Actual Results:  
mozilla opens the link (http)

Expected Results:  
internet explorer should hanlde this link because it's registert as default for http
