I create a Iframe (createElement - to create; appendChild - to insert).
Unfortunately, I can set desigMode only in function the, which created the Iframe.

Reproducible: Always

No reply from reporter in several months. Marking as WFM. 

Reopen only if you can explain how to reproduce this bug or add a testcase. If
this was about not being able to set designMode to "on" on a dynamically created
iframe, then that is bug 206654.
