New Messenger Account Wizzard move text when clicking Mozilla logo

When I start up the "New Messenger Account Wizzard" it looks and behaves all
right, but if I click on the Mozilla "M" logo in the top right corner (using any
mouse button) the text and radio buttons move down a few pixels - they move back
up again when the mouse button is released.

I am using Mozilla M12 (mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-M12-fullcircle.tar.gz) Build
ID: 1999122023
My system is a IBM Thinkpad 600 running Slackware Linux 7.0 with kernel 2.2.13

The last build that has a logo in the top right corner in the Account Wizard is 
2000-04-26-08M16. I tried it on Linux and selecting the logo made text move. 

I can't test this on current builds because the logo is not present (bug# 
38181).

Is this still a valid bug? I don't see a logo in the wizard?

I'll mark this Invalid since the Account Setup spec no longer requires a logo in
the right corner. Copying jglick on this bug in case I could be wrong.
