Details

A user has a 4.x addressbook with a mailing list inside of a mailing list. When
migrating to Moz/thunderbird apparently this does not get migrated correctly.
Aamer to investigate and confirm for us.

FYI, this is no longer an M4 requirement. We may need to revisit this again.

->WONTFIX since 4.x migation has been dropped on trunk. 

If one has an overwhelming need to see this fixed on branch, please attach a patch and reopen the bug.  Also, evaluate whether the issue is a bug or an enhancement request and adjust severity accordingly.
