Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click to download a file 2. Select "Open With" whatever application is appropriate Actual Results: The biff notification shows up telling you that your download is complete. Expected Results: The file just opens with the desired application. No other notification.
This will require the download manager know how specific download operations are to be handled. We don't support that yet. 0.9, maybe.
