When I have no network connection, the newsreader correctly shows the message
"You have no permission to talk. Goodbye". But I'm not able to press the okay
button. The programm crashes.

Note that "You have no permission to talk. Goodbye" is a message that's usually 
returned by an NNTP server that doesn't believe the client is authorised to 
connect.  It's not a message generated by Mozilla, and I can't see how you'd 
get it without a network connection.

Regardless, we should not crash.

the bug has been fixed by the lasted build. Next time I'll download the lasted
build before reporting a bug.

Sorry for the incorrect description. In every case I had a network connection,
but had forgotten to connect to the server with the 'additional' Cisco VPN Client.
