User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031107 Debian/1.5-3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031107 Debian/1.5-3 libIDL-config is now /usr/bin/libIDL-config-2, at least in Debian, with libidl-dev-0.8.2-1. configure only looks for /usr/bin/libIDL-config, so it fails with "*** The libIDL-config script installed by libIDL could not be found" As a workaround, I used a symlink. (btw, this is a normal bug, or a blocker?) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Mozilla requires libIDL (version 0.6.3 - 0.6.8), not libIDL2 (version 0.8+).
