I found that they can be localized to put localized mailViews.dat in defaults/$REGION directory. Probably, this is not Mozilla trunk bug. Right? If so, please close this bug.
The same unlocalized problem appears in Japanese Mozilla 1.4.1 for Windows. Anyway I changed subcategory to l10n.
