227426 - Toolbar Customize sheet needs to support "Esc", "Return", "Enter" to close

Escape key should close the customize sheet.

When you open the Escape 'Customize toolbar' window, if you don't have access
(you don't see) the 'Done' button, there is no way to close it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Restore (Un-Maximize) the Firefox window
2. Move the firefox window to the bottom so the ContentArea is barely visible
(hidden)
3. Click on any toolbar and open the 'Customize toolbar' window
4. Now if you don't see the 'Done' button, how will you close the 'Customize
toolbar' window ? 



Expected Results:  
 * When I hit Escape the 'Customize toolbar' window to close.
 * If I move the Firefox window the 'Customize toolbar' window to move with it.

Why not make Enter work too?

I'm guessing that this being utterly inaccessible is filed already, but I was
thinking that Enter should work on the two buttons that exist.

Ben fixed this on branch and trunk 2004-09-29 00:08.
He also added enter and return.
