If I change the favicon on my webserver, my browser will keep showing the old
one it cached, even if I hit refresh (a similar problem exists with swf files).
I see from earlier reports that favicons have an infinite expiration, but
hitting the reload button should override that.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change favicon.ico
2. Hit the reload button on the browser
3.

Actual Results:  
The old favicon keeps showing.

Expected Results:  
Show the new one.

Have you tried shift+reload ?
A normal reload should NOT override that

Shift-reload doesn't help.
This is Moz 1.6 on Win2k, so not FB-specific.

However, bug 111050 seems to do that. Please reopen, if not.
