I recently saw mozilla mark a message that one of my filters had moved to another folder as junk mail and then move it to the spam folder. This is really the only false positive I've noticed in a few months, so it probably doesn't happen very often. However, I get a lot of spam, and because a signifigant portion of my legitimate email is from message lists, It'll be very hard to wade through all that spam looking for one or two messages from people I don't know but that aren't spam. Messages from them won't show up if I use the "People I Know" view (naturally if I had them in my address book the messages wouldn't have been marked as junk in the first place), and none of the other views are terribly helpful. What I need is a way to view the messages that would match one of the filters I've set up. I would suggest that these show up as a submenu of the View dropdown, allowing me to view that subset of messages that would match the filter of my choosing. After all, what are message folders but a precursor to message views? :)

apparently this is junk related. I can't totally visualize what this might look like, but whatever it is I don't see this being practical, or generally useful, do you?
I imagine this can be already done by adding action "mark as not junk" or "tag" into each filter. If this were builtin, TB would also need to add some mark into the message header, that the msg was touched by a filter. Filters could be changed later, but this mark should be preserved. So it would take space the same way as a tag.
Summary: 'predefined' messages views that correspond to message filters → 'predefined' message view for each message filter
