Sometimes I'd like to be able to see my web browser so that I can follow
instructions on it or to copy information without having to Alt-Tab or switch
between the screens. I think a window-specific Always-On-Top toggle should be
added to allow people like me to be able to do this, probably would go under the
View Menu and the right-click context menu.

Seems like a perfect extension possibility, but nothing for vanilla Firebird.
Suggest WONTFIX.
always on top is something that I don't think ANY browser supports, or really
should support. just tile the windows and be done with it
