sending mail to a mail list gives error and will not complete the send operation
if mailing list name is a string of words. e.g. mailing list 'List name' is "My
Deadhead Friends" and 'Description' is "deadheads". However, changing the 'List
Name' to "deadheads" and the 'Description' to "My Deadhead Friends" allows mail
send operations to complete normally.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup List name to contain multiple words.
2. Attempt send to mailing list.
Actual Results:
recieved 'An error occured while sending mail. The mail server responded invalid
recipient....'

Expected Results:
Send the mail.
I'm sorry, but what does this have to do with the browser?

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
