User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 Every week, the FreeBSD mailing lists recycle, ie go back to zero mail messages, in each of the categories listed at 'http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/current/'. Without fail, if I have been looking at messages during the week, and then go to look at them on Sunday, or after, the cache seems to get corrupted, or Firebird gets confused (because a page which listed 100s of messages now lists 5). If I look at a mail message within a subcategory, ie: 'http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/current/cvs-src.html', and then hit the back button (to go back to http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/current/cvs-src.html), then the page is just blank, and any attempts to reload the page don't change that. To fix, I empty the cache, hit reload, and the page will be fine for the rest of the week -- until Sunday when it recycles. This happens with Windows XP, also. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to: http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/current/cvs-src.html 2. Look at several (how many?) mail messages, and keep hitting back to look at more 3. Wait until Sunday when the mailer resets the web pages 4. Go back to: http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/current/cvs-src.html 5. Look at one or more messages, hitting the back button 6. The page, 'http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/current/cvs-src.html' will go blank Actual Results: Empty pages Expected Results: Recycle the cache and show the actual page To fix, just empty the cache

Does this also occur under Mozilla?

Yes, with Mozilla (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007), the identical problem occurs. After previously viewing mail messages... on Sunday morning, go to FreeBSD mailing lists, click on a category (src-all), click on a mail message (top message?), hit back to go back to the mail category, and the page is blank. Every revisit to this page (src-all) is blank. Clearing the cache fixes it for another week.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
