Mac Thunderbird 0.4 still shows 0.3a in Info.plist CFBundleShortVersionString
and CFBundleVersion values.
The version values should be corrected and the release package rebuilt.

Reopening. Thunderbird-Mac/0.4 still shows 0.3a. Subsequent releases do show the
correct version, but 0.4 remains bad.

If it's not going to be fixed, the correct resolution is WONTFIX.
