I'm running M12 on Solaris 7 (SunOS maul 5.7 Generic sun4u sparc) The keypresses ESC, TAB, Alt-[, Alt-], Alt-H don't work.. Specifically, ESC, and TAB don't work in any of the Mozilla Preference dialogs (I tried Manual Proxies and several others) Alt-[,Alt-] and Alt-H aren't recognized either from all of the various URLs I have tried (including the bugzilla home page) Ctrl-K also acts strangely from within a TextBox widget (specifically the Description field of this Bugzill report). Rather than delete text from current cursor position to the end of line, that text is instead highlighted and the cursor position is moved to the EOL.
Adding Akkana (aka Mistress of All Things UNIX Keybinding-Related). (Akkana, please drop a line if you'd like this sliced into a few separate bugs, if valid.)

This is lots of different bugs, and I don't think any of them are mine. TAB to switch between text fields is already filed (though I think buster marked it fixed recently). ESC to dismiss dialogs is also filed (sorry, don't know the bug numbers of these bugs offhand, but search for "dialog" and maybe "default"). I'm not sure what alt-[, ], and H are supposed to do -- in what window? Control-K is working fine for me. If it isn't working for you, please describe in detail how to reproduce the behavior you're seeing. I've definitely been seeing some strange behavior deleting characters in the editor (mostly with control-H), which are related to some changes jfrancis has been working on (so he should be cc'ed on any bugs related to deletion doing strange things) but I haven't seen any problems specifically in control-K. I'm marking this one invalid ... please split it up into different issues with more detail on where the focus is (what window and where did you click last, what you expect to happen, and what does happen.
