User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7

Usually the top of the page reads:

Bugzilla Bug 485 <summary here>

But if you modify a page, when the screen redraws to show the next bug in your
list, the summary is completely missing. This is kind of annoying when you're
trying to verify a whole lot of bugs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a bug, note top line contains summary
2. Verify the bug, say
3. On the next bug, note that top line does not contain summary

Expected Results:
It should have shown the normal top line for the next bug.

Not only that, but the navigation links and the last-modified date are in that
line, and those aren't there either. Which means if you're following a list,
not only do you have to scroll down to see what bug you're looking at, but if
it's one you want to skip, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to get
to a "Next bug" link, and there's no way to tell when it was last modified.

This is a regression, this works in 2.16.5.

Patch - removed regression

This makes things work just as they did in 2.16
Adding last modified and summary info would be an additional change and seems
to be rather clunky

We need at least the last-modified, even if we don't get the summary. The
summary is available elsewhere in the bug. Last Modified is just missing.

Also, having the summary right there in your face would help eliminate some of
the confusion over whether you went to the same bug again or to the next bug.

Patch that also adds the summary info

If we prefer to do both of these, this one will do it.
