When using the tab button on the keyboard, the order in which it's used seems
wrong. I think most of us are used to a certain order in all Windows programs.
When I look at my e-mail I'm used to write in my e-mail adress then using the
tab button to write the password but I never come to the right field doing this
in Mozilla.

That's not useful. Is this on a particular web page? In the browser UI? In
the mailnews UI (that's not clear)?
Please provide actual detailed ("open this window, click here, hit tab, expect
this, got that") steps to reproduce.
