When openning any http url the progress bar isn't being updated at all
It remains empty through out the session



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser in any http url
2.

Actual Results:  
The progress bar doesn't change during the load of the pages

Expected Results:  
The progress bar should indicate the progress of the download of the http page.


The same bug duplicates on Firebird 0.7 on Linux (verified)
The bug doesn't reproduce on  Firebird 0.6.1 on Windows 2000.

This bug had been verified on Mozilla 1.5 (Linux ) too.
