When you first load the page, the right most column containing the modules is
incorrectly displayed touching the 2nd to right column. Then, when the page is
refreshed, the rightmost column shifts over by around 5 pixels to the correct
position.

I know for a fact that there is no issue with dynamic content changing the
layout as I created the site (a beta testing area for the school newspaper) myself.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://silverchips.mbhs.edu/bikini/2003/
2. Refresh the page, noticing the shift in the rightmost column

Actual Results:  
The rightmost columns shifts approximately 5 pixels to the right after
refreshing the page.

Expected Results:  
The page should of been displayed as it was after being refreshed, not as it was
the first time.

Sorry for the link not working today (12/21/03), the Montgomery Country Public
School System is having issues with its network. One of the main routers is
damaged, and I have no idea when it will be repaired or replaced. We are hopeful
that it will be repaired within the next week. Until then, the link won't work.
Please try again some time in the near future!
