(Whiteboard: waiting till nucache is turned on in release builds)

run viewer, open yahoo, open netscape. close viewer and run again. open yahoo (OK), then try to open netscape. nothing. no error message, but the URL won't load. if you delete your cache before running the second time, no problem. if you set NO_NU_CACHE=1 no problem. PLEASE TURN NU_CACHE OFF BY DEFAULT UNTIL THESE PROBLEMS ARE FIXED! IT'S BEEN WEEKS, AND I'M SICK OF TRIPPING OVER THESE KINDS OF BUGS!

I was off on vacation and that is why this got neglected. There really isn't a need for you to shout about it!

seems to be ok
Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for Browser. Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do this in a bulk change. If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
Bulk move of all Networking-Core (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking component.
Component: Networking → Networking: Cache
