User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7

Earthlink has a spyware check you can run from their web site. After it
completes it's scan an HTML file is left in your temp directory with the results
of the scan. Nothing displays when you try to load that file in Firebird, but
with IE 5.5 it displays properly.

Since I can't attach a file to a bug report I'll just include the text of the
HTML file below:

If you put the source from comment 0 to a file and open it in IE, it submits the
form. This doesn't work in Firebird. The js console displays:
Error: thisElement.thisForm has no properties
Line: 11

That refers to thisElement.thisForm.submit();

Conforming summary to TFM item 10 at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/site/procedures.html#file-new
Summary: Spyware summary from Earthlink won't display → earthlink.net - Spyware summary from Earthlink won't display
Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107
Firefox/1.0, I am able to run this scan from the .exe and it outputs the HTML
report to the browser window. I can then save the HTML with no problem.

Seems that this works well enough (you can get the report and save it) that it
can be marked WFM. If someone strongly disagrees please reopen.
