User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031206 Firebird/0.7+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031206 Firebird/0.7+

If you add an attachment to a message and immediately right-click on the new
attachment, the "Delete" option is incorrectly disabled, although it is enabled
on subsequent right-clicks. More experiments revealed that "Delete" is disabled
whenever the attachment list is not focused.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new message.
2. Click the Attach button, select a file, click Open. (BTW, shouldn't the
button be called Attach instead of Open?)
3. Right-click on the new attachment.
Actual Results:
"Delete" is disabled the first time, although it is enabled on subsequent
right-clicks (since the attachment list is now focused).

Expected Results:
Obviously, "Delete" should be enabled every time.

I'm using Thunderbird 0.4 on Fedora Core 1.
Anders Kaseorg, do you still see this symptom with current (1.0) builds of TB?
This works for me with TB 1.0, Win2K. If the problem seems to be gone, please

The bug is still there in Thunderbird 1.0 on FC3.
Severity: minor → normal
I finally got around to testing this under Linux (Ubuntu 6.06). The problem is there with 1.5.0.10, but not with 2.0pre-0308 nor my current trunk build
(3a1-0208) it is not.
