228137 - Cannot set folders for copies for other than default account

My sent mail etc is not being stored for all accounts other than my default one.
 When I set options to store is using the Copies and Folders the options appear
to be set, but returning to the tab the settings are empty again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Must have moire than one email account.
2. In a secondary account view settings for the account.
3. Set folders for sent mail etc
4. Save,
5. Check settings
6. Exiting from Mozilla after setting makes no difference

Actual Results:  
Settings are not saved.  Sent email is not saved.

Expected Results:  
Retained settings.  Saved sent mail

I observed this in 1.5b  Pretty sure is worked in previous versions

Attachment: Copy of my profile

My profile got "confused" at on stage and I had to set up mail accounts again. 
The mess in this profile is possibly the cause of the problem.

Just created a new profile.  Bad profile seems to have been causing the problem
