Another bug system I used in the past allowed users to "highlight" individual
bugs in the bug list. This highlighting would display the bug in a distinctive
colour for that user, in whatever context it was shown. Each user had their own
private highlight list, which they could use for any purpose.

It would be cool to have this feature in bugzilla.

This could be easily done via CSS and a cookie that served as a marker (similar
to BUGLIST).

It would be nice if bugzilla would remember when I 
last visited a bug and highlight (icon, bold, ...) 
it in the list when any modification to the bug is 
newer than that date.
