User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030703 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030703 When the Franklin Mint site is accessed and the "My Account" link along the top is accessed to login to an existing account or create a new account, any information entered is seemingly ignored (login does not occur nor does a detailed registration page appear if a new account is requested). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.franklinmint.com/tfmweb/corporate/homepage.asp 2. Click "my account" along the top 3. Pretend to be a "new customer" and enter data including password and click "register" Actual Results: Nothing happens. A transfer of data seems to occur then "done" appears in the status bar at bottom of mozilla. (The same result occurs if an existing account is attempted to be logged into.) Expected Results: After clicking on "register" (or "login") a new follow-on page should appear where additional data is entered. At least that is what happens when IE is used instead. I attempted to contact Franklin Mint via their webform to inform them that their https site does not seem to work with mozilla but just received back a form letter reply telling me to use their toll free number to place an order. This problem was initially seen by my wife on window 95 with mozilla 1.5 and it also occurs on linux with moz 1.4. (I realized this is probably an "evanglization" issue but I thought probably it should be documented since my evanglization seemed to fall on deaf ears.)
